Hillsboro Police Department responded to a business in the 400 block of North West Street concerning it being broken into overnight. It was found that a male subject was observed on camera entering the business and taking money from the register drawers. It was also observed on camera that the same male subject entered a neighboring business just prior.

The subject was identified from the video as 40-year-old John Wayne Blair II of Hillsboro. Blair was arrested and is charged with two counts of breaking and entering and one count of tampering with evidence.
