Aftermath of the Snowfall

This weekend's winter storm has dumped several inches of snow on the greater Columbus area.

Conditions deteriorated over several hours so badly that every county in central Ohio was placed in a snow emergency. Some counties remained in Level 1, others elevated to Level 2.

The snow hit especially hard south and east of Dayton, with a very heavy snow squall bearing down on a tiny area outside Washington Court House.

Late Saturday, Columbus Police began responding only to serious crashes, telling drivers involved in fender benders to exchange insurance information.
