Section of S.R. 729 in Clinton County to Close Thursday for Railroad Work

Work on a railroad crossing in Clinton County will force a section of State Route 729 to close this Thursday.

According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, work on the O&I Railroad requires a closure of State Route 729, north of U.S. 22 in the Village of Sabina.

The work will get underway at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 27th with the closure in effect until approximately 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd.

While that portion of State Route 729 is closed, motorists will be detoured by way of State Route 729, U.S. 22, State Route 72 and Interstate 71.
