Highland County Board of Elections say all voters can once again use voting machines, after an early morning programming glitch forced them to have voters cast "paper ballots" for candidates.
A board of elections worker told iHeart Media News this morning that voters casting a vote for only the issues, had no problem, but candidate races were not allowing the vote to register.
All of those problems were resolved at 10am Tuesday.
