Former Hillsboro Mayor and councilmen Dick Zink died Sunday at the age of 83.
The well-respected public official served as a two-term mayor from 2003-2011. He also retired from Hobart Corporation and spent many years working with youth in the community.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
