The Highland County Peace Officers Association along with the Brown County Peace Officers Association will be participating in the Annual Shop with a Cop event scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday).
Between 9:30am and 9:45am, approximately 50 cruisers will be going through the center of Hillsboro with their overhead lights activated (no sirens again this year). They will approach Hillsboro from US Route 62 south heading northbound to Walmart on Harry Sauner Road.
After shopping, they will be headed to lunch and then a movie.
Please be patient with the traffic and keep in mind for those 50 children it will be remembered as one of the most special days of their lives.
