(24/7 News) -- The suspects in a deadly Wilmington shooting are scheduled to face a judge. Christian Terry, Kevin Noe and Corey Ruffner are charged with murder.

Police say the men gunned down 23-year-old Layne Hall at a Brownberry Drive home on Tuesday night.

Officers responded to the scene in the 1100 block of Brownberry Drive around 8:40pm Tuesday night and found Mr. Hall deceased from an apparent gun shot.

Both the Clinton County Sheriff and Ohio BCI are assisting in the investigation.
