Among items of discussion will the first read of a resolution authorizing demolition of the structure located at 137 West Main Street.

Also up for first read is a resolution that if approved would allow the city’s Safety/Service Director to purchase a new dump truck with a snow plow attachment at a cost of $71-thousand.

Another first read resolution would allow the Safety Service Director to enter into a contract with Stantec Consulting for designs and engineering of infrastructure improvements to Spring Lake Avenue.

A first read ordinance would also create a Hillsboro Residential Board of Building Appeals.

Other new business up for talk on Monday is a liquor license permit request from Giovannis Pizza.

Monday’s meeting will get underway at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room at the Highland Justice Center.
